About Charity

The Muse Writers Center serves 6000+ people per year in the Hampton Roads Virginia area through classes, outreach programming, & community events such as book launches & public readings. We have over 100 classes each semester & over 400 students each semester. We NEVER turn away a student because of their financial situation and offer tuition assistance to anyone who comes through our doors. We serve writers as young as 6 and seniors in our community upwards of 80 years old. We believe the literary arts are for everyone!
