Creating First Impressions exists to break the cycle of poverty and addiction among disadvantaged youth by delivering a program that gives youth ages 14-25 a better sense of responsibility, clear goals and skills. We are a San Diego based organization that teaches a career adaptability program to disadvantaged youth and young adults who are struggling with homelessness, poverty, trauma and addiction. This program focuses on 3 pillars: Employment Objectives, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Financial Literacy. The graduates exit the program with a professional resume and experience with a mock interview with professionals in the area.
